At Praivo we do our best to adhere to our customers satisfaction. Hence, we do not charge a cancellation fee. Even though we do not charge a fee for cancellation we do advise all our customers who do want to cancel their survey booking to do so 4 hours before the scheduled survey date and time.
Due to the multiple survey bookings we receive, please ensure to do your best to adhere to this policy which will allows us enough time to move around other reservations if needs be.
